The actual scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of any engagement are set out only in the relevant engagement agreement. They may differ from the Website description, depending on each client's requirements.

Our services help organizations identify, monitor and manage their compliance obligations. Responsibility for complying with applicable laws remains with each organisation and its management.

8. ReguCheck platform
References to ReguCheck on the Website are descriptive only. ReguCheck is owned by MS Associates, its original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and MSA is authorised to deploy it.
The platform's features, availability and performance depend on the applicable licence and deployment terms. The compliance data in ReguCheck is only as complete as the configuration and inputs it receives.
