This website, www.msaconsulting.co.in (the "Website"), is owned and operated by MSA Consulting Services LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 905 Raheja Residency, MG Complex, Vashi, Navi Mumbai ("MSA", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website gives general information about MSA and its services. These services are:

  • Compliance Framework: identifying applicable laws, building compliance checklists, setting up monitoring and reporting, and defining internal controls.
  • Compliance Audit and Assessment: assessing current compliance status, reviewing existing frameworks and tools, conducting risk assessments, and reviewing statutory policies.
  • Compliance Updates and Alerts: periodic legal updates, summaries of law changes, stakeholder awareness sessions, and support in reflecting those changes in policies and processes.
  • Compliance Managed Services: seconding subject matter experts, preparing compliance documentation, supporting execution, and supporting compliance project management.
  • Compliance Tool (ReguCheck): compliance process automation, identifying and mapping compliances, deploying the platform, and training users.

Service descriptions on the Website are for information only. They are not an offer or a commitment to provide any service. Every engagement is governed only by a separate written agreement or engagement letter between MSA and the client.

3. No professional or legal advice

4. ReguCheck platform

ReguCheck is a compliance management software platform. MS Associates is its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and owns all rights in it. MSA is authorised to deploy it.

Any information about ReguCheck on the Website is descriptive only. Access to and use of ReguCheck are governed by separate licence, subscription or deployment terms. Nothing on the Website grants you any right or licence to use ReguCheck.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website belongs to MSA or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other applicable laws. This includes text, legal updates, checklists, graphics, logos, the MSA name and mark, the ReguCheck name, and the Website's design and layout.

You may view, download or print Website content for your personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. This includes, for example, using our content to build a compliance database or product, or to train software.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable law;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • scrape, crawl or systematically extract content, whether manually or by automated means;
  • impersonate any person, or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation;
  • interfere with the Website's operation or security, or with other users' use of it.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, without notice.

You may send us information through contact forms, enquiries, newsletter sign-ups or job applications. You confirm that this information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive business information through the Website before a formal engagement is in place. We do not treat unsolicited submissions as confidential, and receiving them does not create any obligation on our part.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised Terms take effect when posted. If you continue to use the Website after that, you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
